Lunta Malbec 2009/2010 Mendel Wines, Mendoza

Deep and inky, the wine exhibits ripe raspberry, plum and bramble on the nose, followed by vanilla and toast from 12 months in French oak. Voluptuous tannin and lush forest fruits fill the palate.

Viñalba Gran Reserva Malbec 2009 Mendoza

This fine Malbec comes from Mendoza's Lujan de Cuyo region, and is the flagship wine in the Viñalba range. Created by Hervé Fabre, one of the first Bordeaux-schooled winemakers to come to in Argentina, and to recognise Malbec's potential in its high-altitude terroirs.

RM Nicholson 2009 Rustenberg, Stellenbosch

This wine was named in honour of one of the estate's former owners, Reg Merriman Nicholson, who lived and worked as winemaker at Rustenberg for 30 years, the wine has rich fruit flavours and bold tannins.

Stunning Malbec from a single vineyard site. Only the free-run juice is used for this wine which gives it riveting aromas of freshly crushed cherries and plums, wild flowers, incense and spices.

Viñalba Reserva Cabernet Malbec Petit Verdot 2010 Mendoza

A blend of 50% Cabernet with 40% Malbec and 10% Petit Verdot. A dark and powerful Bordeaux-inspired blend, offering aromas of cassis, spice and mint. A rounded and juicy palate, full of forest fruits, with a long, toasty and spicy finish.
