    Nice wine

I have been a fan of Rioja's for a long time now, as i live in Spain, but thought i would give Châteneuf-du-Pape a go. I have tried more expensive types of this wine, but must say this wine is very pleasant with no nasty undertones.... Would recommend it as a value for money alternative to a Rioja like Marques De Riscal given to your guests on a diner night, or just to enjoy while having a night in.

    Good value

Fully agree with most other reviews. Not great, may benefit from ageing, excellent value at the price.

    A very drinkable wine.

This is certainly not a fine wine, however for the price it really is an excellent buy. It is soft to the palate but has character. It is also predictable...I'm on my 3rd lot so far.

    Outstanding value!

Rare to get a decent Chateauneuf for under £20 never mind under £10 so this is a true "star buy". Delivered on Thursday so just in time to enjoy as it snows outside!
