Origin
From one of Chile's most unique vineyard sites, located on a chalky river terrace just 12km from the Pacific coast, ideal for creation of cool-climate styles. This premium Chardonnay comes from the best parts of the vineyard and is oak-aged for 10 months.
Taste
A lifted and complex nose of hazelnut and orange peel. Exhibits a creamy texture and distinct mineral grip on the palate, which overflows with fresh apple and citrus fruit.
Enjoy
Match with a creamy fish dish, such as monkfish in a butter and herb sauce.
