Origin
A great success story of Chile's modern wine scene, Viña Anakena was started by school friends Felipe Ibañez and Jorge Gutiérrez in 1999, and now has over 400 hectares of vineyards in some of the best locations throughout Chile's wine valleys.
Taste
An unoaked Chardonnay made with partial wild fermentation, displaying firm but refreshing acidity and a range of lightly confected tropical fruit flavours, completed by a touch of nutty complexity.
Enjoy
Enjoy on its own or with delicately flavoured tuna or swordfish steaks.

    Lovely crisp chardonnay

    Very nice unoaked chardonnay. Full of fruit, but crisply dry - and tastes of wine, not trees!

    Quality and value

    Fresh,fruity,zesty,unoaked chardonnay.A pleasure to drink especially on its own.It has a champagne taste about it. Very good value.Beating the French at their own game.
