Excellent, oaky Chardonnay with considerable substance for the price
For some reason it is difficult to find substantial, oaky chardonnays in the UK - unlike the USA, for example. This is a wonderful exception to the rule, and tremendous value. The oak is properly present without overpowering the fruity/citrusy aromas - very good finish, too
