A one-off parcel, this Bourgogne blanc comes exclusively from vines bordering the appellation of Puligny-Montrachet imparting a real elegance and minerality to the wine. The Jomains use the 'lutte raisonné' approach in the vines that is to keep the use of chemical intervention to a minimum. A bright and fruity nose with hints of citrus and flora and a long, complex finish.
