Donald Hess founded the Hess Collection Winery on the slopes of Mount Veeder in the Southern Napa over 25 years ago. Classic tropical aromas of ripe pineapple, guava, and lemon zest give the nose a lively life with similiar flavours of ripe pear, peach, and pineapple on the palate. A crisp, cleansing fruit driven finish, the tropical fruit notes make it a perfect match for light seafood such as crab cakes, scallops with an avocado salsa and spicier Asian dishes.
