Antoine and Rachel Olivier have created a rich, well-balanced wine from grapes grown on different plots of land from across the Domaine to give a fine example of Santenay. White flowers, exotic fruits and toasted nut flavours combine on the rich, well-balanced palate. Delicious now, it can be aged for 3-5 years to give extra mellowness and complexity.
