Origin
Domaines Paul Mas offer have realised the huge potential of the Languedoc's climate and terrain, growing and vinifying one of the widest selections of grape varieties. This red blend brings together classic varieties from across the breadth of the south of France.
Taste
A versatile, supple and youthful middleweight red, with a ruby-purple colour and a nose of cassis, blackberry jam and grenadine. Tannins are ripe and soft, framing a juicy core of fresh berry fruit.
Enjoy
As enjoyable on its own as it is with a rack of ribs.

Excellent everyday all round good red

We reckon this is a staple constituent of any wine rack. It is full, soft and fruity but not dull and bland like some similar wines can be. It is delightfully drinkable and lends itself to be drunk both with or without food and goes with most pastas and red meats. Definitely NOT a harsh and furry tannic french red!! Try it - it's good value and safe but quite impressive.

    Superb!

Wonderful southern France red; full of flavour and an absolute snip at £5.99. I will be ordering more in 2013.

    Easy going

This wine will now become a regular feature on my wine rack. The opening of this bottle sets the tone for enjoying it. The moment it is opened the flavours flow straight out. Very smooth, flavoursome wine with some great qualities. Easily drunk on it's own. For the price, top drawer in my opinion.

    Good flavours

I find a lot of French wine fairly bitter. This one has a lovely clean taste with plummy flavours. For a fairly cheap wine it is easy drinking with a lot of flavour.
