Vega Sindoa Cabernet Reserva 2007 Navarra

Navarra is a small DO in the far north of Spain, nestling in the foothills of the Pyrenees, north-east of Rioja. This wine is the only 100% varietal Cabernet Sauvignon produced in the region, and comes from vines averaging 20 years old, grown on south-west-facing slopes.

Viñalba Reserva Cabernet Malbec Petit Verdot 2010 Mendoza

A blend of 50% Cabernet with 40% Malbec and 10% Petit Verdot. A dark and powerful Bordeaux-inspired blend, offering aromas of cassis, spice and mint. A rounded and juicy palate, full of forest fruits, with a long, toasty and spicy finish.

Villa Maria Private Bin Merlot Cabernet 2009/2010 Hawkes Bay

This 'Bordeaux blend' comes from various sites within Hawkes Bay, including the famed Gimblett Gravels area, which provides a warm climate and stony, free-draining soils, suiting the Bordeaux grape varieties superbly.

Château Trimoulet 2006 St-Emilion Grand Cru

A rich, deep ruby purple wine with a powerful bouquet of ripe blackberry fruit surrounded by subtle oak. A smooth palate attack, leading into a fleshy, well-balanced mouth-feel. Best served with roast leg of lamb, pheasant or rich terrines.
