Outstanding CabSauv
I'm surprised that this outstanding CabSauv does not attract more excitement, as it is usually on offer making it readily affordable. From the Rothschild stable (what a pedigree - they make the best Paulliac), it combines classic 'claret' complexity and New World fruit. It has to be the best Chilean CabSauv - and lovers of Chilean reds should 'trade up', as the difference is appreciable and the price is right. It ticks all the boxes, so why bother with anything else?!
