Santa Rita 120 Viognier 2010/2011 Maipo Valley

Free-run juice and light pressings have been used to maintain a light and crisp feel to the wine, with a long 3-week fermentation period followed by 2 weeks on lees for softness of texture.

Ridge Montebello Chardonnay 2008

Low yields of berries from these mature vines are whole-buinch pressed and juice transferred to new and old American and French oak for fermentation and a total of 16 months' ageing, giving intense flavours of pear, apple and fig with a deep, rich and oily texture.

Welmoed Sauvignon Blanc 2011 Stellenbosch

Bone dry but with notes of ripe sweet gooseberries and lemongrass on the nose. The nicely balanced palate is full of citrus and passionfruit and crisp acidity.
