Origin
Donald Hess founded the Hess Collection Winery on the slopes of Mount Veeder in the Southern Napa over 25 years ago. Their vineyards represent the diverse growing conditions in the Napa Valley with both cool climates and hot as well as gently sloped and steep sites.
Taste
Classic tropical aromas of pineapple, guava, and lemon zest give the nose a lively life with similiar flavours of ripe pear, peach, and pineapple on the palate. A crisp, cleansing fruit driven finish.
Enjoy
This is a perfect match for light seafood such as crab cakes, scallops with an avocado salsa and spicier Asian dishes.
