Origin
Corbières covers a large area of around 12,000 hectares, with a diverse range of microclimates in the varied terrain of the Pyrenean foothills enabling cultivation of a wide range of mainly red grapes, although a tiny proportion of whites such as this are also made.
Taste
Held between 15 and 18 degrees throughout fermentation, this wine has a soft, bright, tropical and stone fruit character, while at the same time offering a fresh crispness.
Enjoy
A great wine for creamy pasta salads, risottos and poultry dishes.
