Since 1921 the Bourillon-Dorléans family have dedicated themselves to producing traditional, characteristic Vouvray wines which are still matured at optimum temperature in the 15th Century troglodyte caves. A delicate and complex wine with subtle aromas of white blossom, acacia and minerals, balanced by flavours of pears and quince on the palate. The richness of flavours are offset by a crisp acidity, giving a clean and refreshing finish.
