Bright, vibrant, fresh white flora and pears assault the nose, backed up with liberal amounts of toasted oak and vanilla. Ripe, accessible palate of very pure stone fruit, flora and spice rounded by oak. Balance of acidity and fruit gives the wine potential to age for 5 years. Extremely long and elegant on the finish, displaying superb finesse, this will be great with grilled shellfish such as langoustines.
