Saint Clair do it again!
"This eagerly anticipated Pinot Noir from the perennial staff favourite producer of Saint Clair really didin't disappoint when I got the chance to open it recently.
Hints of smoke and fresh herb on the the nose. The palate is much more fruit driven and has hints of cherry, raspberry and vanilla. Medium bodied with an enticing length and mouthwatering acidity.
A great food match to that Chinese classic of Crispy Duck!"
