  a really good quaffing red its easy to drink

  yes its like drinking a white wine really but its so quaffable never gives a hangover as its not too strong so its a good one for a weekday and also its not too strong good for me with my dicky heart and gallstone that flares up if I over indulge. Had one bad batch once through majestic but it was all replaced no problem it was fizzy..it should not be fizzy.

  Excellent

  Tried this wine whilst in Colmar France, light and fruity. Great summer time drink.

  Outstanding

  At the offer price this represents the best value bottle on here. Fragrant on the nose, full in the mouth and an elegant finish - not something that you would typically expect for less than six pounds. Light enough to be enjoyed on its own or with virtually any food - including curries - ithis versatile little number will also leave you with a relatively clear head in the morning. Highly recommended

  Pleasing subtle wine

  This is a very pleasant beaujolais, easily drinkable, fruity and light. Not as much oompf as the Brouilly and Morgon but still silky smooth and good light meals, white meat and fish (if you prefer red) - don't partner with spicy food.

  Power is not everything in wine...

  "Aromas of juicy red fruits, red cherries, strawberries along with hints of liqueur cherries, brambles and spice. Soft trannins, the fruit is almost sweet, with the juicy red berries coming to the fore. Never going to be a block-buster, but a well made, well balanced and fruity wine that can be enjoyed on its own."
