Winegrowers of Ara comprises of wine professionals who are in the process of developing a new origin for wine within New Zealands's most distinctive wine growing region Marlborough. This origin is Ara, an ancient river terrace composed of a large alluvial deposit laid down some 20,000 years ago. The association of clay and gravel is rare in New Zealand but forms the basis of many of the great French viticultural regions. The Resolute Sauvignon Blanc is intensely aromatic with real texture that fuses a dry minerality with luscious white peach notes into a seamless palate of exceptional length.
