If you want to order from us regularly, you probably don't want the hassle of digging out a company credit card or getting a cheque signed every time. To make life easy, business customers may set up a credit account with their local store.

Your account will be handled by your local store manager and his/her team, so any queries or requests are quickly and easily dealt with. Our managers have the experience and flexibility to help you with all aspects of pricing and account management, keeping lists up to date and arranging larger, one-off orders.

The account is subject to status. In accepting the offer of a credit account, the customer agrees that the Majestic will make periodic searches with credit reference agencies to manage the customer credit account, to take decisions regarding credit made available or to extend existing credit. Majestic will keep a record of the search and will share that information with other businesses for credit reference purposes. Enquiries may also be made with the credit reference agency about individuals named on the credit account form.

The credit account normally takes five business days to approve. Once approved, you can order quickly and easily either by telephone, in person or even online – there is an option on the Checkout page to have the order credited to your account.

How our accounts work

• Payment should be made to the store that you deal with rather than to our Head Office.
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque or BACS and is due by the end of the month following the date of purchase (e.g. an order on 10 December is due by 31 January).
• All invoices should be signed at the point of delivery.
• The delivery note which accompanies the goods is also the invoice.
• If the customer fails to pay for the goods on the due date, the whole outstanding balance shall immediately become due.
