Pinot Noir Bacaro 2011 IGT Veneto

VVe
  • Origin

The Botter family is among the largest producers in north-east Italy, with one of the broadest range of wines and grape varieties. They have around 20 hectares of Pinot Noir in the east of Veneto, between Venice and Treviso. Winemaker is family member Alessandro Botter.

  • Taste

Bright and inviting ruby red. Fermentation and maturation without oak has preserved a fresh and intense bouquet of snappy strawberry and red apple fruit. Light tannins and taut acidity on the palate.

  • Body

    Light A B C D E Full

  • Enjoy

A great partner for assorted salami, dressed olives and other antipasto, or with spaghetti vongole.

Special distribution

We offer our whole range of fine wines online, including wines stored at our temperature controlled Fine Wine Centre in London. Wines labelled 'Special Distribution' are sent by courier from the Fine Wine Centre to your local Majestic before your delivery can be completed. This allows you to choose from a much greater range, but does mean delivery may take a few days longer than usual.
