Pernand-Vergelesses 'Les Pins' 2010 Jean-Jacques Girard

  • Origin

Grown on the east-facing slopes of Pernand-Vergelesses, where the soil's high limestone content provides a great environment for growing nicely structured, elegant Chardonnay.Made in a traditional style, with partial oak fermentation, mainly in old oak barriques.

Characterised by a streak of minerality that runs through both the nose and palate, adding a dash of complexity to the delicate citrus fruit. Faint honeysuckle notes soften the refreshing acidity.

Special distribution

We offer our whole range of fine wines online, including wines stored at our temperature controlled Fine Wine Centre in London. Wines labelled 'Special Distribution' are sent by courier from the Fine Wine Centre to your local Majestic before your delivery can be completed. This allows you to choose from a much greater range, but does mean delivery may take a few days longer than usual.
