Ordering online
Our website works much like any other online shopping site. Use the links along the top and the left-hand side of the page to start navigating, or use the Smart Search facility to easily find what you're looking for with a text search. You add products to your online 'Trolley' until you're done; click on the Trolley in the top-right hand corner of the page at any time to review your order, adjust quantities or remove items. Remember, our minimum purchase is 6 bottles in-store, online and by telephone. Orders over £40 are delivered free of charge, anywhere in mainland UK. Orders under £40 incur a delivery charge of £5. Deliveries must inlcude wine, champagne an/or spirits, any mix. (Gift Solutions items are available separately)
To place an order with us the first time you will need to register using your email address and chosen password. We'll also take your address at this stage, and then you can proceed through the secure Checkout to complete your order. We'll confirm the order by email, and the details of all your orders are available whenever you login online and visit 'My Account'.
Most orders are sent to your local Majestic store for free home delivery, although some items such as Gift Solutions are delivered separately. Alternatively, you can opt to collect your order from your local store if that's more convenient. Read more about delivery
Ordering by telephone or fax
If you prefer to order by telephone the best place to call would be your local Majestic store or, if you need a gift delivering, the store nearest the delivery address. Use our online Store Locator
The only exceptions to this is our online-only Gift Solutions range. If you are having trouble ordering these items online and need to talk to someone, contact us!
Ordering in-person
Pop along to your local Majestic store, where you can take advantage of the tasting counter as well as the expertise of our staff and walk away with a fantastic case or two of wine! If visiting us in-store you can also purchase beer, water and soft drinks without needing to buy any wine, and our in-store minimum purchase is just 6 bottles.
