Majestic's minimum purchase is now just 6 bottles, which can be any mix of wine, Champagne and spirits. If you're spending £40 or more, delivery on mainland UK is free.

Most orders go direct from the Majestic store closest to the delivery, delivered in a Majestic van by a member of Majestic staff. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details, and usually arrange a 2-hour window for delivery. We're flexbile enough to cater for most special requests - you can use the 'Special Instructions' box on the online checkout to include a message with your order.
We turn most orders around within a day or two, but for addresses further from the store it may take a little longer - an absolute maximum of 7 days.
You can add cases of beer, water and soft drinks to your wine order, and when you get to the checkout you can take advantage of our free glass loan, chiller bin loan and order cubed ice (although we can't deliver orders for just these products).
A few deliveries are too far away for store delivery; these are sent via courier by our Mail Order team. We still offer our full range of wine, Champagne and spirits, but unfortunately can't deliver beer, soft drinks, accessories or glasses this way. For non-mainland addresses (Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly) we charge £7.50 for delivery.
Wines marked as Fine Wine online are stored in our temperature-controlled Fine Wine Centre in London. You can mix Fine Wines with other products, but since they require special distribution to your local store we do ask that at least 6 fine wines are ordered at a time, and that you allow a few extra days for distribution.
Gift Solutions packs are different; they are sent by courier, with your choice of delivery date (next day delivery is available until 10am). They aren't part of our usual 12-bottle online purchase, and a delivery and packaging charge is incorporated into the price. Non-mainland addresses attract a surcharge of £10.
Sometimes we'll offer wines exclusively online. These wines are held centrally, so require special distribution to your local store - this may add up to a week to the lead time for your order, but we'll make that clear on the product page.
We will provide a refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. We ask that the offending bottles are returned to us, and will arrange this at your convenience - contact the store that delivered your wine to arrange this. We also offer sale-or-return, so any unopened bottles can also be returned to us (more details).
Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK (including the Channel Isles), since international shipping is very expensive and requires specialist customs paperwork. If you're passing through Calais though, remember to visit one of our Majestic in France stores!
