Wine can be a bit baffling if you don't know what you're doing and the commercials dramatise this by showing people's anxieties getting the better of them until Majestic helps them out.

In this ad, the nervous customer is only able to blurt out that she wants a French white wine, but the Majestic employee is still able to provide some alternatives, unwittingly starting with the very same wine she had in mind!

In this commercial, the customer finds himself at the tasting counter but he's afraid that he'll be committed to buying an expensive wine. Not only does he find a wine he loves, but he discovers it's great value too.
