About Gift Solutions

Wine and Champagne makes the perfect gift, and our dedicated, Gift Solutions service is the best way to arrange your gifts online.

This exclusive service offers 1, 2, 3 and 6-bottle gift packs with rapid delivery (usually available within 48 hours) by courier and your choice of delivery date. Since they're sold independently of our usual 12-bottle minimum purchase they're online only!

If you're looking to send 6 or more gifts to different addresses then we've got a special Multi-Destination service just for you.

Delivery Information

How quick is delivery?

The earliest available delivery date is usually two working days after the order date. You select a delivery date as part of the Checkout process; the earliest available date is selected by default.

Can I arrange delivery in advance?

Yes - if you'd prefer us to wait you can specify a date in the future for delivery. Please note though that this service may not be available during the extremely busy December trading period.

How is delivery carried out?

Gift Solutions uses couriers to deliver gift packs. Since deliveries are carried out during office hours we recommend arranging deliveries to work addresses if at all possible.

Can you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately no, we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK, and cannot deliver to the Channel Isles. Wine is heavy and quite delicate to deliver which makes the delivery costs for international orders prohibitively expensive - we recommend contacting a local supplier in the relevant country.

Is there a delivery charge?

We have incorporated a standard packagaing and delivery charge into the price of all products in the Gift Solutions range. However, delivery to some areas of the country requires an additional charge per gift and/or lead time:

  • Scottish Highlands and Isles of Scilly - extra 2 working days for delivery
  • Isle of Man, Northern Ireland - £11 per gift surcharge
  • Scottish Islands - £22 per gift surcharge, extra 4 working days for delivery

Can I arrange multi-destination orders?

Yes, larger orders requiring delivery to multiple destinations are something we specialise in. See our Multi-Destination Orders page for more details.

Ordering

Is there a minimum purchase of Gift Solutions packs?

No - the 'Gift Solutions' service offers gift packs of 1, 2, 3 or 6 bottles which are sold independently of our usual 12-bottle minimum purchase. This service is only available on specifically-indicated Gift Solutions packs, which include a packaging and delivery charge.

Is the full Majestic range available?

No - to operate this kind of dedicated gifts service with rapid turnaround times we must operate with a carefully chosen range. However, there's something for every occasion, from single bottles of wine, fine wine, Champagne and spirits, to mixed six-packs of fine wine.

Can I buy 12-bottle gifts?

Gift Solutions is a dedicated service offering rapid delivery of one, two, three and six-bottle gifts. Twelve bottle cases form part of the "normal" Majestic delivery service.

If you are interested in placing a large order consisting of a mixture of 12-bottle gifts and smaller gifts, please contact us so we can arrange this directly.

Can I specify a gift message?

Yes, you can include a personalised gift message with all gifts as part of the Checkout process.
